FusiA Metal 3D Printing Inc. continues the legacy of a project launched in 2011 in France, when FusiA was established as a subsidiary of Esteve, a recognized leader in high-precision machining for the aerospace sector.
From the outset, the mission was clear: harness the potential of metal additive manufacturing and demonstrate its value in an industry where performance and reliability are non-negotiable.
In 2014, the company’s founders, Christine and Cyrille Chanal, decided to expand FusiA’s expertise to Canada. This expansion included the acquisition of HRT Industries, a specialist in precision machining, thereby strengthening the complementarity between traditional technologies and additive processes. Two years later, this shared vision materialized with the creation of FusiA Group, bringing together FusiA Impression 3D Métal Inc., HRT Industries, and Esteve. The addition of a second industrial 3D printer further increased production capacity and supported growing demand.
Since its inception, FusiA Impression 3D Métal Inc. has pursued a constant objective: democratize metal additive manufacturing.
